In contrast to global brands such as Apple and Samsung which release a generation of mobile phones once a year, cellphones from China have a shorter cycle, which is at most once a year and a half. The most recent example is the Realme 5 series.
The previous product, namely Realme 3, was launched in mid-March 2019. Five months later, this week the smartphone manufacturer, which is a sub-brand of OPPO, launched its next-generation, the Realme 5 series in India.
The fifth series of Realme’s flagship products come in two variants, namely Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro. These two phones will be the successors of Realme 3 & Realme 3 Pro because of the many changes that have been given to this Realme 5. Let us discuss one by one.
Realme 5
Realme 5 has a screen of 6.5 inches with HD + resolution. The design of this cellphone screen is quite up-to-date with a waterdrop notch, however, Realme claims to cut its size up to 30% smaller. This makes the screen-to-body ratio of this cellphone reach 89%, on the back of this cellphone carries a design with a crystal motif that makes it resistant to water drops.
For the kitchen, Realme 5 uses the Snapdragon 665 chipset and is combined with 3/4 GB RAM and 32/64/128 GB internal memory. To increase storage space, there is also a MicroSD slot.
For the camera, Realme 5 uses a 12MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP configuration. While the front camera is 13 MP. Not only that, but this camera also has features like Nightscape, Chroma Boost, 250fps slow-motion video, and 4K recording at 30 fps.
